Cannondale Mountain Bikes

View:

Few brands can be atttritubed for progressing the sport of mountain biking as much as Cannondale. Over the past four decades the American brand has refused to accept industry standards and pushed foward with its concepts. Not all concepts were succesful, but the industry and riders alike are no doubt in a better place because of Cannondale.

Cannondale mountain bikes are well known for their excellent ride qualities. This stems from Cannondaleā€™s focus on creating a complete bike that works perfectly with all its parts as one. This system integration, or Si, is a major part of the Cannondale range and shows itself in the famed ā€˜Leftyā€™ fork as well as unique Cannondale drivetrain components such as the SI crankset.

Suspension

The famed ā€˜Leftyā€™ fork is a major part of most of the Cannondale mountain bike range and was a progression from Cannondale's original 'HeadShock'. The ā€˜Leftyā€™ uses only the left side of the front fork and has become a fan favourite for its stiffness and ultra-light weight.
